"Dave Leebody performed a complete multi-unit residential property inspection for me before I purchased it. I'm in Ottawa while the property is in North Bay ON. David was kind enough to accommodate my travel schedule and completed the work in time and with expected quality. The inspection report was detailed, clear and to the point, highlighting issues and providing suggestions and approximate cost to have them fixed. Would do business with Dave again especially in North Bay area." - Dmitry
